Asics Novablast 4 | 60 Mile Full Review
The Asics Novablast 4 is one of the most popular running shoes out there and for good reason. The Novablast 4 has plenty of cushion, responsiveness and durability making it a fantastic option for a versatile daily trainer.

Saucony Ride 17
Переглядів 23214 днів тому
The Saucony Ride 17 is a great daily trainer that has seen some fantastic improvements since the previous Ride 16. The Ride 17 features Saucony's PWRRUN midsole foam, which I think is the biggest improvement/change in this shoe.

The major difference between the two shoes is that the Cloudsurfer Trail is going to feature an outsole that will be more accommodating for trails than it's road counterpart. The Cloudsurfer Trail still feels incredible while running on p...

On Cloud X3 Review | Cross Training Shoe
Hello, I m deciding between Cloudeclipse and Clouderunner 2? Which one you think is better for road? I have a problem with Hoka shoes, knees pain.
thank you, finally my 200 nikes actually fit my foot!! off for a good walk with my pups, thanks again, makes all the difference, i used lacing 3. great snug firm fit but toes free and airy.
63 yr old and my 21k is my easy run anyway and my daily traing is easy and long so i will say this sounds like my shoe im looking for
Price kya hai
Two runs so far and loving this shoe. Rolls me forward nicely and quite stable. I’m sure I’ll pick up multiple pairs. Just needs better colourways for women. The SB didn’t work for me as it gave me ankle pain.
Good to hear!
I agree with you that the Superblast 2 is not necessarily needed if you already have the Novablast 4 and many other shoes. I have almost 15 pairs of running shoes, so I don’t need a Swiss army knife that can do a little bit of everything, because I already have specific shoes for specific runs. I had the Superblast 1, with which I ran 1200 km, but it quickly became just an easy run shoe alongside the Novablast, since I almost always choose an old carbon-plated race shoe for tempo sessions. The Superblast 1 was the best shoe for traveling, though. I try to run at marathon pace or faster, or easy recovery runs, so I don’t need shoes that are a jack of all trades but master of none for steady runs a bit slower than marathon pace.
1200km is impressive! I agree with old carbon plated shoes for tempo. I do that all the time too
I just bought a 2013, guy wanted $1200 I talked him down to $975. I love the bike, even got a “speeding” ticket first time out. 🤣🤣🤣
I just got one and it’s to damn fast. I love it.
You deserve more views bro
Ive been trying yo find the cloud eclipse i uam wesrinv old hoka bondi 6 .i don't find the hoka bondi 8 or sndy as good now. They put yhe back high i feel digs in. Do i was told eclipse but cant find to try on. Im in canada. Any ideas running room doesn't
I owned a pair of Cloud 5. Super light, super comfortable. I only used them for walking (a bad knee) . They lasted 6 months, around 250 km. developing a hole right above my right big toe. I put a clear gear tape to make these shoes last a little longer. 😊Then, another hole developed on the side by my left pinky toe from scrapping against the car while getting in and out. These shoes were the least durable shoes I have ever owned.
is your metaspeed the same size as your nimbus? i recently bought nimbus + kayano and normally i use 44. it fitted for the nimbus, but i need to switch to 44.5 for kayano. all other shoes i currently have are 44. exept my only one New Balance- it is also 44.5
Yup, I went same size for both shoes.
These shoes are terrible, after 2 weeks they started squeaking from the right shoe and ON doesn't want to replace them. I can't even wear them anymore because of the attention i get walking down the street. they may have some good shoes, but the customer service is really bad and will not cooperate, 200$ us down the drain. also, the support in the shoes in the beginning was nice but got flat quickly. I dont run I walk about 3 hours a week.
Crazy.. thanks for sharing, was about to order them, about 90€ on sale and thought was a good deal, I’ll try a pair of Merrell instead, heard only good things about them.
How's the fit compared to Mach 6?
What do you think about the speedgoat 5 gtx? I see spikes on the bottom are they hard or soft? I'm looking a running shoe. On the speedgoat 5 I like the color . I'd appreciate your feedback.
There are two versions of the Speedgoat 5 GTX. One version is just waterproof and the other version is the GTX spike- it's waterproof and has 12 tungsten spikes. The GTX version has the same outsole as the regular.
Parallel-test for my wide feet in flat pedal cycling shoes 🤞🏽
..so far, so good, thanks! :-)
I still run in the Invincible 1's and it fits like a glove with zero heel slippage. I tried the Invincible 3's today and just walking around in the store my heel slips easily. 😐

Interesting… are the fit similar to Mach 6? Thanks!!!
OMG! I have just used the 3rd method you show on a pair of trainers that have always felt too small even though they are the same size as all my others. Now they fit perfectly. Thank you for the video, and I will see how my feet get on for the rest of the day.
Awesome review :) They'll be released here in Australia in the next 2 weeks. Can't wait.
They're released now
Great review, are they starting to sell in Europe?
Thanks! Yes, it looks like they're available in Europe
Hi! Great informative video! For someone who runs 5K everyday, with 8-10k on Sundays (total 20-25 mpw), do I need more than one daily trainer? I don’t really race (occasional holiday 5K) and only run zone 2 at this time and foreseeable future through 2024.
Are there any differences between these and the cloud vista in the comfort department??? They seem very similar shoes. Dont know what to buy. I was very happy with the cloudflow 1. If you could help me with what to buy ... would be very happy. Im a sprinter...really like the vistas look. Thanks
@@samohenigman3628 the vista is a trail shoe and the Flow is a road shoe. This current version of the Flow has quite a bit more cushion than the Vista too
for walking - what's the best one you can recommend - the Cloudrunner or CloudGo?
The rocker looks a lilnto much
I desire to use very comfort shoes. I see Nimbus shoes are very popular about this. But I want to use it in my general life, not in sport. It is a good idea? And Nimbus 25 or 26 is better for me?
I have overpronation, and I'm not sure which shoes to pick: Arahi7 or Cloudrunner2 ?
Sorry for the late reply, I would go with the Arahi if you know that you need more support. Cloudrunner is a stable shoe, but ultimately it's still a neutral shoe. The Arahi is a stability shoe and provides much more support for overpronation than the Cloudrunner.
@@RunningWithDusty Thanks!
Good review man.I do mostly 5-10k on road/pavement. And only do weekend trail runs, do you think ill love this shoes on the pavement?
O meu abriu o soldado em 30 min 😢
I always enjoy Dusty's reviews he's the only person who lets you know if the insole is removable or not, which is much appreciated. I use enertors, so I really need to know great review as always, Dusty. 👍
In my opinion this is the descendant of the Triumph 19
I've done a few runs in the Triumph 21 and I felt like these shoes were very close too.
@@RunningWithDusty it's true but the triumph 22 is currently competing with the Nimbus and New Balance More.
Hey Dusty! I'm preparing for my first Hyrox race and I'm looking for the best shoe for this race, would you recommend On Cloudflow 4 for this type of hybrid competitions? Race is composed by 8 strength stations running a 1000m between each station. Stations include exercises like ball toss, lunges, sled push and burpees, are these shoes firm and stable enough to do this type of movements?
Thanks for the review Dusty, did you try them without socks? some issue? thanks!
Thank you for the review! I would like to ask if it is a good one to protect over and under pronation? I am asking because i sprained my ankle using a shoe (Nike Air Bliss) when i stepped on an uneven road.
@@jedilady4485 it's a neutral support shoe but because of the extra wide base, it is quite supportive.
Stryd and Garmin S for me. Watches don't use a native critical power makes it useless for me. And I prefer power over HR. Then socks. The rest are optional
@@macewindex564 solid choices!
@@RunningWithDusty But if you're training by HR then stryd is completely useless lol
Hi . Need some advice . Which one should i go for between the cloudflyer 4 and the on cloud 5 ? I need a shoe for everyday use without having to tie the laces and go running once in a while . Im kind of moderately heavy in weight 85 to 90 kg . Looking for something that can give me a good cushion at the midsole as im slightly overpronated . Thanks
Just the video I needed, thanks!
Good details video . Well done
Thanks Dusty..I have been waiting for this shoe..I have the skyward and the mach 6 and hopefully this will right in between them..I use the Cielo road and the Cielo x1 for short and long runs so this one rounds out the rotation..I am a fan of the new foams and hoka has finally upped their game..
What are some pros and cons of this shoe?
2:57 purchsed in Canada
What Hoka is similar to the Nike Pegasus line? How does the Hoka brand compare to it?
Great to see it's not just me. I'll give them some time since it's otherwise a great shoe...
this shoe is not that firm for me..I did I review,,,,But I love a very firm ride...Like the made in USA new balance...it is on the firm side...and it is slightly wobbly but I like it! nice review! how long did it take to run 100 miles?? how many months?
I just tried my size at Nike and major heeel slippage just walking. I got another pair of Vomero 17 instead.

@RunningWithDusty, Thank you for the review. It's very useful. Which are the shoes you would suggest for faster runs instead of the Clifton 9?
Dusty can you tell me if the women's clifton 9 is a good shoe to stand all day at work on a hard plank floor? In your video you say the Bondi is good for this. Thanks.
are these good for travelling?
